I think even you have to admit that £728 is 'much cheaper' than £1,238  8)

Had a Sargent seat on yon VFR VTEC. It was good, supportive, comfy, better than OEM, got my money back when I sold it on too. Also have a Corbin for the VFR Fi1 which I still have bike and seat. Corbin is a heavy beast of a thing being a metal base. Very supportive and comfy once broken in. I find the OEM seat on the K just fine so not going to replace it.  :)
In the name of God, please let me die in peace! Voltaire...

New custom seat. Now before you go urrggggghhhhh, I did specifically ask for 0.5-1" higher seat, so most of what you can see is that extra, which squashes down.
Not as astheically pleasing as the original seat or a Sargent/Corbyn, but if you went for a standard build, it would be lower and look fine and dandy.
It appears very well finished.

Only ridden it for an hour, but it was definitely comfier in two areas:
- height (gives me a little more wriggle room)
- there's a hump at the front to stop you sliding forward

An hour isn't long enough to say in terms of long term comfiness, but it certainly feels more relaxing.
I'll be doing 2 * 1 hour stints tomorrow, so I can get more of an idea then.

Looks good to me. I had to have  my seat re done in anti slip at P & P seating, after I bought the missus some Kevlar trousers, I had the hump at the front of the pillion built up just a little too for a bit of added support, works fine and cost £140 and it was back in a week.

Best regards   Mick

Looks good, Mick. Mine is a bit less subtle than that.

The original was fine till she had some new pants, then she was sliding all over the place. We saw these guys at the Stafford show and he quoted me a show price, I rang them about 4 mths later and asked if he'd still do it for the same and he did. Works great.
